Welcome to tutorhubx, offering verified, personalized one-on-one academic assistance for high school and university students. By using our website and services at tutorhubx.pro, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide tutoring sessions in a variety of subjects tailored to individual learning needs. Sessions can be scheduled via our contact form at any time.

Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled without extra charge if a request is made at least 24 hours before the session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund due to the personalized planning and resource allocation.

2. Information Products

Our digital materials, including guides, study plans, and recorded lectures, are delivered instantly upon purchase. Access details will be provided via email.

Due to immediate access, these materials are not eligible for a refund unless technical issues prevent access or the content is defective. In such cases, please submit a request within 7 days for a corrected version or a refund.

3. Goods

Physical items available for purchase include textbooks, printed study materials, and branded stationery.

All merchandise must be in unused condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Refunds are only provided for sessions cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a refund. We may offer a credit toward future services instead of a refund at our discretion.

4.2 Information Products

Requests for a refund or corrected access must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days.

4.3 Goods

Approved refund or replacement requests for merchandise will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges are refunded only if the item was defective or incorrect.
